Основная миссия такого коуча — провести клиента во время его обучения в программах Академии, помочь осознать основные патерны, создать новую стратегию для достижения цели, которую клиент ставит на программу и приблизить к реализации его невозможной цели.

- Проводить личные сессии со студентами программ Академии в формате МСР
- Удерживать коэффициент удовлетворенности работой коуча по результатам опроса клиентов раз в 4 сессии не менее 8,5
- По итогам трех месяцев работы с клиентами предоставлять лид-коучу коучинговые логи с кейсами
- Удерживать конверсию в переходы в программы Академии от 25%
- Проводить суммарно не менее 10 (десяти) коуч-сессий в неделю
- Быть дипломированным экспоненциальным коуч
- Пройти 20 индивидуальных супервизий у супервизора Академии
- У вас свыше 150 часов личных сессий

- Fluent Russian & English B2+;
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with creators;
- Strong understanding of English-speaking YouTube;
- Deep understanding of YouTube algorithm mechanics: ranking, retention, CTR, sessions, formats, and publishing frequency;
- Understanding of distribution beyond YouTube: Shorts, Reels, TikTok, Telegram, seeding, and communities;
- Confident use of end-to-end analytics and ability to make decisions based on data;

- Conduct interviews and diagnostic calls with leads: identify their needs, recommend the most suitable program, and close the sale;
